Looking for a roommate to join our place for 6 months starting Aug 28. The house is a duplex (the only shared wall is the ceiling of the garage so it feels very much like a standalone house) in Redwood City.
There is a ton of storage space throughout the house and in the bathroom (shared, includes a shower and full-sized tub). There's hardwood in the common areas, carpet in the bedrooms. The bedroom has a huge window that looks into the side of the yard so it lets in a lot of light without privacy issues. The common rooms are huge. Happy to share more details!
The house is located off of Woodside and Valota Rd, and is ~2 miles to the Caltrain station and is within biking distance from Stanford.
Available for move in on Aug 28. Security deposit will be $750. Rent is $1500 per month if you're planning to stay the whole term. Shorter terms will be considered at a higher rent/deposit. If you wanted to acquire new roommates after the 6-month period, you could stay on after the 6-month period, as long as the landlord approves it.

1 bulldog mix (it's a big dog, he's very friendly to people)
