靠近购物区，生活方便。 Easy street parking and nice & quiet neighborhood. The rent for this furnished bedroom is $1275/month (All utilities included: Comcast cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Local Tel phone) + Utility $100/month (only from October in this year to April in next year).

月租：$1275 (水电全包，但本年10月份至来年4月份，每月需外加$100的冬季水电附加费) I am a clean, quiet, and easy-going guy. And I am a non-smoking and non-alcoholic person. So, I prefer the same person to be my roommate, and no verbally chatting after midnight as well. I also appreciate light cooking people and after cooking cleaning should be followed.
