Room sublet in 1BR/1BA apartment (April 8-July 28)

Hi! I am subletting my master bedroom from April 8-July 28, 2015. You will share the apartment with a male postdoc (me). The rent of the room is $1200/month and refundable deposit $1000. Rent includes 50 mbs wifi, electricity, water and gas. No smoking, drugs or pets. Single occupancy/No overnight guest. You need to be clean and responsible!

• We'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom
• The room is furnished with a big bed, desk and chair
• Located at Kendall Ave, Palo Alto. 12 min biking distance from Campus.
