Room sublet in SF- close to Caltrain station

Hello Stanford community,

Available immediately: I am subletting my lovely room on the top (9th floor) floor (stunning views) of the Beacon building on 4th st. and King st. - literally in front of the Caltrain station. It is the best place if you want to live in SF but also have an easy commute to Stanford or anyway in the Peninsula.

The room is available immediately and it will be available until August 5th. Price is per month and it is of course pro-rated based on the length of the stay.

The apartment is a three bedroom apartment and you will be sharing communal places with an Italian guy who is a software developer in the Peninsula and a Spanish girl who works in a company in South San Francisco. They are both in their 30s and they are awesome :-)
The bathroom is just a two-share as the master bedroom has its own bathroom.
Amenities of the building include an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a hot tub.
