You will be sharing the house with me (Rachana). I work as a Research Scientist at Dept. of Pediatrics, Stanford University. I am a vegetarian, non-smoker, and appreciate a housemate who would clean after themselves appropriately.
It's a quiet community so no partying and loud noise; limiting frequency of people coming over will be greatly appreciated.

Rent: $1400 and is negotiable with no specific length of stay requirement
Electricity ~ $40/month per person, Wifi $30/month per person
