I am considering renting out my room while I am away for the holidays. Renter must be trustworthy, cleanly, and submit a deposit.

Availability: between Dec16 and Jan 7 - 22 days! I am asking for $36 per night.

Details: One fully furnished bedroom available for sublet in a house in Palo Alto just blocks from Stanford Campus (5 min walk to football stadium, 10 min bike to main quad). Room is on first floor of house. You would have access to living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, cable tv, internet, laundry. You'll have housemates who are friendly.
