Hello Everyone!
I am subletting a bedroom (with ensuite 1/2 bath) at 1511 Waverley St., available from April 1st to May 31st. The house is located in Old Palo Alto just a few blocks from Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto. The room is available for $1400 / month or $400 per week, plus utilities.
We’re looking for a Stanford affiliate or young professional, preferably for the entire range of the sublease. Given that our house is older, the ideal candidate would be clean and also be comfortable with occasional messes in shared spaces (we’re not perfect here). Your private room will be fully furnished with mattress, dresser, desk etc. and includes an private 1/2 bath!
