We have 3 rooms available in our brand new townhouse. It’s in a great location - just a block south of Silver Lake, in Historic Filipinotown, and very close to Echo Park. Close to shops/bars, and with good views of the surrounding hills and Griffith Observatory.

There are modern finishes throughout; it includes in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances.

One room has an en-suite bathroom, and 2 rooms share a bathroom.
Rent is $1425 for the rooms that share a bath, and $1575 for the room with a private bathroom. Rent includes cleaning service every 2 weeks, internet, and all utilities (water, trash, electric, gas).

Some rooms can be partially furnished with a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable base, desk, chair and nightstand.

Current photos show the common areas unfurnished, but these will be furnished prior to move in.

There are 2 shared parking spaces, and decent street parking.

Unfortunately, it's not open to pets at this time.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, has good credit, and verifiable income. We hope to keep the place clean, keep common spaces like the shared bathroom very tidy, but still keep the atmosphere relaxed. We tend not to run the AC a lot, so it would probably be better suited to someone who likes their space to be a little warmer.
