Front first-floor bedroom, roughly 150 sq ft — comfortably fits a queen bed plus a desk. Hardwood floors, closet, great natural light, quiet. You'll have your own bathroom; we each get our own.

THE APARTMENT

2BR/2BA with a large finished basement used as a living room and office (currently also bike storage, but the bikes leave with the departing roommate). There may be an additional parking space available for rent — I can check with the landlord if you're interested.

ABOUT ME

36-year-old business professional. I travel a lot for work and leisure, so you'll often have the place to yourself. Clean, low-key, rarely have guests — and I'll give you a heads-up when I do. I take care of the garden and lawn for the building.
