Room w/ Private Bedroom in the Mission

Hi there,

A room will be opening up March 1st in my three-bedroom apartment in San Francisco. The apartment is charming, furnished, and in a great location in the Mission area (25th and Bryant) As well, your bedroom has it's own private bathroom and access to a backyard area.

The block we are on is quieter, though it is very close to 24th street which has great restaurants, coffee, and easy access to grocery stores. The apartment is also about a 10min walk from the 24th street BART. There is also a bus that goes directly to the Caltrain nearby. The apartment is right next to the 101, so it's a great spot for anyone commuting (about 40 min drive to PA). I am currently doing my practicum at Kaiser in Oakland and my morning commute is 25 minutes, so the commute is very manageable even to the East Bay.

I am a third-year graduate student, currently working 3 days/wk at Kaiser Oakland and then in Palo Alto for class the other two days. My other roommate is in his early 30's and works as an architect in the city. We both prefer to have a relaxed and welcoming environment in the house. During the week we are both quite busy during the day so the weeknights tend to be pretty low key.
