Room with Private Bath in 2br/2ba in Redwood City ($1370/month)

Hi! I'm a female Stanford alum looking for a roommate for a 2 bed/2 bath in Redwood City just off of Woodside. There's good access to Stanford (~ 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic), Caltrain (~ 7 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride), and 280, if you're commuting to the city. There's also a Safeway, Starbucks, and a 24 hour doughnut place within walking distance, as well as a YMCA. The room is pretty large (can fit a queen sized bed with some other furniture pretty easily), and has a private, though not attached, bathroom. Kitchen comes with dishwasher, building has shared laundry. Utilities aren't included, but the way I've been splitting it is that I pay for internet, and you pay for PG&E. I'm also open to just splitting everything down the middle, if that's what you'd prefer.

As for me, I work in at a small startup in San Carlos, and enjoy cooking, reading, and aerial arts. I keep to myself most of the time, but I do like being friendly with the people I live with.

Other stuff: no smoking, no raging, no pets (sorry! i'd be drowning in puppies if they were allowed), keep things clean
