Hey, we are two Stanford postdocs sharing a huge Pacifica house right on the coast, looking for a roommate to sublet a nice room with it's own private bath and epic ocean view of Rockaway beach! (4th picture is from bedroom window).

It is available now, and we are subletting until July 1. Though end date is flexible, we could discuss beyond July. month to month basis or even weekly rent allowed.
