I am leaving the school and my room will be available for rent. My landlords prefer someone looking for a long term stay. The rent is $1250 including utilities. You will share common spaces (living/dining rooms and backyard) with a nice and clean couple (landlords). The house is located close to Caltrain railway, so this fits for someone who does not get bothered by trains horns.
