Room with private bathroom in cool shared house

Sup guys,

We need another roommate to complete our household. This is a huge space:

1. Private bedrooms with private bathroom,
2. Furnished living room,
3. Full kitchen,
4. Laundry room,
5. Ample parking, plus a refreshing garden backyard.
6. We have 4 fruit trees- apricot, lemon, lime and apple. It's pretty awesome!

Speaking of which we are located near Apple, and we have several engineers and tech ppl already living here. Great location if you're commuting to any of the big companies in the area. FYI - utilites are shared and include internet and maids cleaning. We like to keep our house tidy. We're a social bunch, but know when to be respectful. Looking for someone like-minded.
