Room with private bathroom in Menlo Park 3BR/2B house - $1650

We (two females, a Stanford graduate student and a Stanford employee) are looking for a roommate/roommates for one bedroom (with own bathroom) in our 3BR/2B house in the Allied Arts neighborhood in Menlo Park. The house is bright, spacious and comfortable. The room has its own bathroom and is available on July 1st. A couple currently lives in the room and we are open to having another couple. A parking spot is included with the room.

The house is in a nice mid-century Spanish style with hardwood floors and updated appliances (laundry, dishwasher, gas range) and the common spaces are fully furnished. The house has a private, enclosed patio with plenty of space that includes bikes, a grill, and a seating area. The common space includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook. The location is pretty ideal for commuting to the med school, on Partridge Ave (a block away from The Oasis, a few houses off El Camino). It is a 10 minute bike ride to the med campus, 0.5 mile to either the Palo Alto or Menlo Park Caltrain stations, and walking distance to Safeway. The available room can easily fit a queen bed, desk, dresser, and has its own walk-in closet.
