Hello everyone,

I am moving with a friend and my room is available, it is a very cute bedroom with the private bathroom in the room. The house is a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment (If interested I can send pictures).

The price is 1260$ with all expenses included except for: Elettricity, Gas and Internet.

The house is close to safeway, traders joe and grocery outlet, at 10 minutes walking from the California Avenue Caltrain Station and at 15 minutes of bike from the main campus.

The monthly rent includes:
Furnished bedroom with closet, desk, bookcase and drawner (The only thing not included is the bed) but if you have your furniture you can bring it
Private Bathroom
Shared living room & dining room
Your own kitchen and refrigerator space.
Weekly gardening

The room is available from August 1st
