The apartment is 2br/2bath, I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate. It is available now. The apt is located at the center of Santa Clara, very nice and safe neighborhood. International swimming pool is 8 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. One min walk to bus stop 81. 12 min bike to santa clara caltrain station.

We share kitchen and a large living room. You will have your own bathroom. There is a nice sofa, an adjustable coffee table, and a lot of kitchenwares.

Rent is EVERYTHING included + electricity.

I am an Asian male stanford post-doc researcher. I work a lot in lab so most the time I won`t be at home during the day. I would like to find someone who is responsible for the clean and tidy of the apt, who cooks little and keeps quiet. No overnight guests please.
