It is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Victorian flat, plus living room and kitchen with 1050 sq ft. Hardwood and tile floors. Granite counter in kitchen. Gas stove. Central location near 16th street Bart. The available flat is located on the bottom level with 2 separate entrances, a front and back door. Water and garbage included in rent. Available September 15th. One year lease.
