I need a roommate for the second, sunny bedroom in an apartment in downtown Palo Alto. It is walking distance to the University (shops, restaurants, bars, farmer's market, etc.) area.
The apartment is actually in a fairly leafy, quiet neighborhood. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a wraparound deck. The apartment is furnished, and the bedroom I'm looking to find someone for is mostly furnished. The $1500 includes a covered parking space, utilities, and a cleaning service twice a month.
I am a 20-something woman who recently moved to the Bay Area. I love to cook. I am happy to consider all kinds of roommates willing to move in Nov 1. Except pets.
