Roommate Needed :)

Hi! We are two women in our late 20s looking for a roommate to sign onto our 3 bedroom lease beginning April 1st--although you may be able to move in late March. We are both easy going, young professionals who enjoy wine and Netflix. Although not completely opposed, we rarely entertain large groups or host functions at our home—it serves as more of a sanctuary for us at the end of long work days. We both work at Stanford and have relatively regular schedules.

Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Palo Alto. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with two parking spaces available in the driveway as well as plenty of street parking (no permit required). The available room is the second largest room in the house with a decent sized closet, several windows and a door the leads to the deck. Photo of the room is attached, although it will not be furnished upon move in. The house is a 10 minute drive to 280 and Stanford and only about 15 minutes away from downtown Palo Alto or Mountain View. For rent we are asking $1300 + deposit + utilities. We are also exploring the possibility of getting a housekeeper to clean once a month at an additional cost that will be split between the three of us.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of common spaces, easy going and keeps regular work hours. No pets, no couples please!
