I am looking for a roommate (professional, female or male) to share an awesome 2 b/2 b condo. The building has easy access to Highway 101/280/80, Caltrain and BART. It is strategically located at a quiet spot in the trendy South Beach area, within walking distance to financial district, 4th/King St., SFMOMA, Yerba Buena center, and just steps away from Embarcadero, Ferry building, various dinning venues. As a tenant, you are entitled to enjoy its on-site amenities: 24-hour concierge, 24-hour fitness center, sauna, tanning room, pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ areas, Racquetball court, and garaged parking. I rent this condo recently from someone I know so it is priced very reasonably.
You only need to hand in one check ($1375) each month. Your rent includes (see the layout picture, labeled in blue):
* one unfurnished bedroom (9.5??????x11??????) with two windows, wall-to-wall carpet
* your own bathroom with shower
* utilities
* wireless internet connection (secured for our unit only)
* the closet in your room is a bit small, however you can have the coat closet in the living room. There is also storage place in the garage for rent.
*
Our condo has/is
* 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
* a good size living room with hardwood floor (furnished)
* kitchen with a complete set of appliances- refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave.
* in-unit washer and dryer
* plenty of natural light, very pleasant!
* on the top floor (9th), away from Harrison street, so no or little street noise.
* no pets please (sorry! I am allergic to them)

If you need a TV, you will have to bring one.
Garaged parking can be arranged by the building for an additional $175/month, and it will be a designated spot. Free street parking is easy to find in this neighborhood.
The condo will be available for move-in this week (May 23). $2890 total move-in cost break-downs are:
* deposit which is one month rent, $1375
* the first month rent, $1375
* move-in cost charged by the condo management, $100
* $40 fully refundable deposit charged by the condo management for the proximity key for accessing the building and amenities.
I ask for a minimal six-month lease and then month-to-month, $25 application fee (for credit check) and references.

A little about me:
I am a female professional working in the health care industry, Asian and in my mid-30??????s. I am optimistic, easy-going, pleasant, and considerate. I like arts, traveling, living a healthy and fulfilling life. I keep very busy at work and school (part-time). When I have free time, I want to explore the city. However, when I am home, I would like to relax, read and be comfortable. I hope you do too. I never bring party to home.
As for the roommate, I am looking for someone who is professional, financially responsible with stable income (aka pay your share of the rent on time), mature, pleasant and considerate. You need to treat the condo as a home, not a party house. Importantly, we need to respect each other as well as be able to communicate about and resolve any issues about sharing. We will share the responsibility of keeping the common area clean. If you want to chip in for a maid service, I wouldn??????t mind getting one. Finally, NO drug, alcoholism or any other funny stuff.
If interested, please email me (jzhu1999@mail.com) with a few lines about yourself to set up an appointment for viewing the place. Serious candidates please. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
