I'm looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment at Eaves Creekside, a lovely complex in Mountain View, 15 minutes from Palo Alto/Stanford and half a mile to downtown Mountain View and the Mt. View Caltrain station. This unit is on the first floor tucked away from the road. It has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, very large patio, one bathroom, and washer/dryer in unit! The total square footage is 960 ft. The kitchen, dining, and living areas have hardwood floors, and the bedrooms are carpeted. The apartment is furnished other than the bedroom (pictures do not show my furniture but rather the model apartment since I have not moved my things in yet). There are ceiling fans in each room. The price for the shared apartment would be $1570 plus half of the utilities cost, and the preferred move-in date would be early to mid-August with a one-year lease.
More about the complex: 3 swimming pools, fitness center including cardio and strength training equipment, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, hiking and biking trail (Steven's Creek Trail) directly behind complex, bbq and picnic areas around complex. More about me: I am a female in my early twenties looking for another female in her twenties or early thirties to room with. I love sports, especially tennis which I played in college. I also enjoy running a lot. I work at a high school/middle school in Palo Alto as the tennis coach and assistant athletic director. Currently I am working at Stanford for the Nike tennis camp as well. I am looking for a roommate who would enjoy hanging out together even though schedules may be very busy at times. I love movie and wine nights and going out with friends. I also enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and exploring California.
If interested, please email me with information about yourself! Cassieshaw07@gmail.com or email my boyfriend at his Stanford email johnjp@stanford.edu.
