We have a 3br toom townhouse located in Sunnyvale. Now 2 bd is occupied and we are recruiting the 3rd roommate.

1 living room, 1 belcony, 3 bath room, 2 storages will be shared
Rent: $800 house rent, internet, electricity will be shared (~$50 a moth)
