Roommate to share apartment (5 Min walk to Stanford) starting Dec 15th

I am looking for a roommate (male) to share a 1Bed/1Bath apartment starting from December 15th. (The date is flexible). The apartment and the room is very clean as it is recently renovated. There are parking spaces as well. Considering the location (1592 Mariposa Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306) and the condition of the apartment, I can almost guarantee that this apartment is the most affordable (cheapest) that you would be able to find in this area.

You can either live in the Master bedroom with a monthly rent of $1400, or in the living room (very big, and blocked with an artificial wall for complete privacy) with a monthly rent of $1100. You are just sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and the dining area with me.

I am looking for a roommate who can live with me in a long-term, preferably at least 6 months. The deposit is one month rent.

Again, the apartment address is: 1592 Mariposa Ave. Palo Alto, CA. (Right next to Palo Alto High School. 5 Minute walking distance to Stanford and 5 min walking distance to Townsend, and 10 min walking distance to University Ave). If you are going to be commuting to Stanford, this will be the most affordable and greatly-conditioned apartment near Stanford. This is a great location that is close to all the other tech companies in the bay area as well.
