Available July 3rd. Rent is $1500/mo per person. Utilities + internet is ~$100 per month. Looking for young professional or graduate student, preferably female. Must like dogs. I have a small 1.5 year old 30 pound Jindo/Retriever mix dog. Current roommate is leaving for medical school. Generally the apartment is clean, but understandable if some things are left untidy once in a while. My current roommate and I enjoy doing dinner and movie nights together. It would be nice to find someone social, but it is fine if you prefer to keep to yourself. A few people over every now and then is okay, but do not like major parties in the apartment. Overnight guests okay on occasion, but not a nightly occurrence please. I am in my late twenties and work as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford University. Lease is up in August and would preferably like someone who would renew it with me for another year. Please send some information about yourself if you are interested!
