Roommate Wanted (approximately 9/1 start)

Furnished room in a super cute house in the Berkeley Hills on the 65 bus line; 5 min drive to top of Solano, 7 min drive to campus. Big public spaces, high speed internet (so easy to work from home), big yard, nice neighbors. I am a professional (scientist) in my 50’s, single, female with grown children who live nearby and two little terriers that were rescued during COVID. I am liberal, but not obsessively so, super clean, quiet after 10pm, often working, sometimes crafting or gardening. Without the kids around, it turns out that it’s a big flippin’ house for one person. Rent credit given for help with the dogs, who are very sweet but get sad when left alone when I go to work.
