Roommate wanted for bedroom in Noe valley apartment

There is a room available in a. 2BR/1BA apartment with a great location in Noe Valley (right next to 24th and Church). The rent is $1800/month per person. The apartment has a fantastic kitchen (with dishwasher) if you like cooking! I’m male but I’m OK with male or female roommates. My only requirements are that you keep the shared spaces clean and not be generally loud (parties, music, etc.).

Apartment facts:

• Located right next to the J tram line and easily accessible to BART.
• Laundry is in the building but outside the unit
• Electricity and heat are typically around $20/month per person.
• Internet is VERY fast and is $32/month per person
• There is plentiful street parking
• From the landlord, no smoking and no pets allowed
• From the landlord, no subletting allowed

I like movies, reading, bouldering, and craft beer. I’ve been in the Bay Area for 3 years and SF for just over one year.
