Roommate wanted June 1 - master bedroom in 3BD

Roommate wanted for master bedroom in beautiful house near downtown Redwood City, June 1 move-in, 1 year lease.

3BD/1BA. Our house has:

• large kitchen with new appliances
• large and comfortable living room, with all shared space already furnished
• 1-car garage with plenty of additional storage space and washer/dryer
• backyard for chilling/grilling (will soon get picnic table)
• 3 car driveway in the front of the house as well.

The house is in a great location! We are about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Redwood City, which has some great restaurants and bars, in a safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. Very close walk to Caltrain (10-15 min), and 101 and 80 are both a 5-10 minute drive away. We are also very close to Safeway and Whole Foods for grocery shopping.

About us: we are two graduate students (1M, 1F) at Stanford in our late twenties. We are both pretty chill, enjoy going out for chill nights at the Redwood City bars. We are both also very active and outdoorsy, and love camping, hiking, skiing, etc. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
