I'm looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in West Hollywood.

Please read: This is a shared one-bedroom apartment, not a private bedroom. I travel frequently for work, often for weeks or months at a time, so you'll have the apartment to yourself quite often. When we're both home, we'll share the one-bedroom space. I'm flexible with sleeping arrangements, and my goal is to make it feel fair and comfortable for both of us.

The apartment is about 800 sq. ft., bright, quiet, and full of plants. The neighborhood is very walkable, with grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and Runyon Canyon just a few blocks away.

Rent: $1,175/month

I'm hoping to find someone who is financially stable, communicative, respectful, and interested in staying about a year if it's a good fit.

The building is smoke-free and does not allow pets.
