While your bedroom is unfurnished, the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all fully furnished.

The condo is on the 3rd floor of a quiet building, centrally located within a 5-minute walk of the San Antonio Shopping Center (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, among others) and a short drive to downtown Mountain View (5 mins), Palo Alto and Stanford (15 mins).

We are a quiet and friendly professional couple in our 20s (Stanford resident and medical social worker) who enjoy cooking/baking, hiking, watching Netflix, and exploring the Bay Area. We are looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful. It should be noted that our apartment is also home to a friendly orange tabby cat, named Leo, who loves all humans and even dogs.

The unit is available for move-in June 1 with a 12-month lease. Rent is $1,600 plus one-third of utilities (~$90/mth).
