roommate wanted to share 2b/1.5b in oak creek - walk to stanford

Hi - I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2b/1.5b in Oak Creek (walking distance to Stanford - http://www.oakcreekapts.com/). You'll have your own private bedroom and we'll share a bathroom (there are two sinks though). There will be nobody else living there.

The place was carefully chosen - it's a quiet corner unit that's not facing the street and it's one of the 10% of the apartments in the complex that have newly upgraded kitchens (granite counter/new stainless steel appliances). The complex has a gym, five swimming pools, a club, and a lot of parking space. There's a covered parking space that comes with the apartment (I'm not currently using it) and a storage unit that we can share.

The apartment is currently unfurnished. I plan on getting furniture shipped from Ikea soon, so if you'd like to purchase furniture for your room together, we can have them shipped together to save shipping fees. Or, if you'd like to get/bring your own furniture, I wouldn't mind either and I'll have the common areas furnished for you.

The price listed includes Wifi/utilities that I'll have set up as soon as possible. I plan on moving in 10/28 and have a 13-month lease signed. Please let me know of your anticipated length/time of stay.

I'm a full-time female researcher at Stanford and will be at work during the week around 8:30 until at least 5:30. I'm friendly but also enjoy down time when I'm home and on weekends (usually in my room for most of the time when I'm home). I cook very occasionally and expect common areas to be fairly clean (occasionally leaving stuff around is fine as long as you don't have dishes lying around for a week or anything like that). I'm looking for a roommate (preferred female) who is fairly clean, responsible, respectful and, in general, easy to get along with. You'll also have to have good credit as your name will also be added on the lease.
