It's hard to find a room available in a place that you love, right? How about we form a little group and go find something nice together? That's why I'm here today.
I'm looking for one or two (maybe 3?) girls in the 20s or 30s that are the same mindset as me --preferably young professionals or students.
Here is where I am at:
- Rent needs to be around $ 1200 per person (not much higher... If it's lower, great!)
- Dogs should be allowed
- Located in the Peninsula/San Jose/San Francisco area
- Long term lease (at least 1 year)
- Preferably, we would live in an actual house, with a nice garden and space for some nice barbecues (I have seen places like this that fit the budget) If that's not possible, we can go for the normal apartment format.
About me:
- I currently live and work in Sunnyvale. I'm from Brazil and moved to the US last year to get my Masters in Stanford.
- I work at least 5 days a week -and some more when I come home. I like to talk about my day when I get home, but also need some space sometimes to get my head in order.
- I consider myself very aware of other people's personal space, because that's such an important thing to me.
- I also honor my "latin american" origins by having an easy time making new friends.
- I'm clean and organized, but not in a crazy/obsessed way. There will be no drama if things are out of place.
- I have a tiny little dog that is very sweet. His name is Alfie and he is surprisingly quiet. I thought he would bark a lot, but he only freaks out when he sees the mailman (his number 1 enemy!). He is sweet, silly and curious. Overall, a good time! (attached, a pic of him)
Most importantly: I think everything in this world can be resolved with talking and friendship, so there's no reason to add another stress to our lives.
