Rooms Available in Beautiful PA home near Campus, ~1500/room

We are looking for two new housemates to share our beautiful, old-time charming Palo Alto home starting in March, dates flexible. We're just about 1/2 a mile walking from California Avenue, and a 15-20 minute bike ride to campus. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard with an veranda perfect for the working/studying/hanging out and drinking coffee. We're a block away from a neighborhood park with a basketball court and field, and we have a hot tub.

About us: We're in our mid 20s, working and/or studying in the area. We also have an adorable 3 yo Australian Cattle Dog. We keep a vegetarian/kosher kitchen, enjoy cooking together, watching Scandal and Once Upon a Time, sports, going to the Nut House, and anything that gets us outdoors - picnics, hiking, camping, softball, etc. We do have a lot of friends over for programs that we host in our home.

About the rooms: One is about 10x12, and gets some morning sun (although if that's not your thing, you can close the blinds). Bathroom shared with one other housemate and our guests. The other room is a smaller size but has its own private bathroom and private entrance.

About you: If you're interested, we're looking for someone we get along with really well, and is eager to make our home into a warm community. We enjoy spending time with each other and sharing the common spaces. Though we aren't necessarily looking for a new BFF, we do want to enjoy living with you!
