Rooms available in large house close to Stanford available April 1st

The basics:
Furnished room in large house in Old Palo Alto (close to Stanford, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods). Large closet, shared bathroom. Available April 1st. $950/month.
Washer/dryer in the house, rent includes utilities and internet.

The good stuff:
Current tenants are from France, the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Hungary, India, and the US. 20s to early 30s. 8 guys, 6 girls.
Most people with some Stanford affiliation: students, postdocs, visiting researchers, recent alumni
We do fun stuff together: Sunday dinners, ski trips, beach trips, hiking, movie nights, climbing, etc.

The fine print:
Refundable security deposit $950. Month to month.
