Two bedrooms for rent in a recently remodeled house in Palo Alto near 101/Embarcadero/Oregon Expressway

$1375 per month each.

• All utilities included (wifi, central air conditioner/heat, etc)
• Includes housekeeper once every two weeks
• Two bedrooms will share a bathroom, kitchenette w/ full-sized refrigerator, 30" gas range, microwave hood, countertop dishwasher
• Also access to washer & dryer, plus living room w/gas fireplace
• furnished or unfurnished
• light cooking preferred
• easy walk to Starbucks & shops at Edgewood Plaza
• near Marguerite (Tech route) and Palo Alto Shuttle (Embarcadero) stops
• easy access to Baylands trails: 3¼ mile bike ride to Googleplex
• no smoking, no pets
• 3 month (or longer lease), 1 month's rent security deposit
• One bedroom is available now; the other will be available in mid-May

These are the front two bedrooms of a 4br/3ba house, which is divided in half by a pair of interior french doors. We are married Stanford graduates that live in the back half of the house with our elementary school aged son.
