Rooms Available in Spacious House in Palo Alto!

Hey everyone! We are looking to fill two rooms in our beautiful house in the Midtown area of Palo Alto. You can move in as early as July 1.
One room is priced $1,253. The master, which has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and private entrance, is priced $1,852 (for single occupancy). The room prices do not include utilities (~$60/month) or a deposit fee.
The house has a spacious backyard and kitchen, two living rooms, and a sunroom. It is also conveniently located right off of Oregon Expressway, and about 13 minutes from 280. We are about 7 minutes driving from California Avenue, and about 15 minutes from Stanford campus and University Avenue.
About the tenants: We are three Stanford grads in our mid-twenties. We like to socialize together, but also respect each other's space and privacy. We are looking for tenants who are friendly and easy-going!
