• Neat Baylands trail right behind the house as well.

About Place:

-Beautiful & remodeled home. New Kitchen and bathroom.

• Rent for the rooms are depending on size. Smallest room at 250 sqft would be $900. Medium room at 375 sqft is $1250 and biggest room at 425 sqft is $1350. Deposit would be same as rent.
• Rooms are unfurnished with closets.
• Shared bathroom & kitchen.
• Available street parking.
• You need to be added to the lease, which will involve a credit check. $35 background check during application. --
• No short-term rentals of a few months/ Lease is for one year.
• The rooms are available immediately.

About me:

Young, motivated, Stanford employee & a 6 month old pup already occupying one of the rooms.

• You will be living with a respectful and like-minded young professional; who wants to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.
• Mostly looks forward to kickback at home after work, and chill with my pup.
