ABOUT THE RENT
If you lease a room, rent will range from $950 to $1,100 per month plus 1/4th of the utilities (electricity, heating, phone, TV and internet) of which your share would come out to be approximately $50-70 per month.

Security deposit is one month's rent. House cleaning service for entire house is available for $100/month. Gardening service is available for the entire house for $60 per month. Your share of this would be $25 and $15 per month, respectively.
