Rooms in adorable 4B2B W Menlo house Sept-June w/ friendly housemates

Hi there! I'm a Stanford coterm student and my friend and I are looking for two housemates to join us in this amazing home for the upcoming school year. We both love art, music, and cooking. We also both lived in co-ops before this so we know how to share space with others in a fun/considerate way. 4 BEDROOMS (2 on each floor) all pretty large and with good natural lighting
2 BATHROOMS (1 on each floor)

2 COMMON ROOMS (Help us decide what to do with them! One is near the entrance and the other has lots of windows and looks out on the backyard.)
2 GARDENS (owner has a gardener) with all sorts of flowers and edible things like avocados
Not fully furnished, but it's so easy to get great furniture for free on Nextdoor so no worries there
$1125/mo for the ~9mo of the school year
