Rooms in big house close to campus

We have two rooms for rent out in our amazing house 2min away from campus and 1min away from Trader Joe's (walking or biking!).

Both are similar size and come with access to shared bathrooms ($1050).

We are a community of mostly Stanford affiliates (Graduate Students, Postdocs, Visiting Researchers, Research Coordinators, Recent Alumni) who don't just happen to live in the same house but are also friends and do fun stuff together. That's somewhat limited during the pandemic, but hey, a BBQ with only housemates is way more fun when you have 10 of them.

We try to keep the gender ratio balanced (currently 8m/6f) and are looking for people in a similar age range (20s/30s).
Current tenants are from the US, Australia, France, Germany, Vietnam. Past tenants from all over.
