selling b/c I bought a newer tablet. purchased in late 2014, used it during master's degree for notetaking and it's pretty solid. though it will need some software upgrades, since it is now factory reset and ready to go. price negotiable, esp. if you need an affordable option to mark-up lecture notes, as it is indeed an older model (but sells for ~$230+ on amazon -- overpriced IMO).
comes with both a shockproof case and a folio case, and extra screen protector if I can find it.
