A fully-furnished private bedroom has opened up in our Mission Bay (San Francisco) apartment. The rent is $2150 per month. It is available starting July 1st. We are open to a male or female housemate (you will be sharing a bathroom with one male).
The furniture included with the bedroom is: queen mattress, bed frame, covers, desk, chair, nightstand, cabinet, and lounger. The furniture is all premium-brand (crate & barrel or Scandinavian). The common area is fully-furnished as well. The building itself has an outdoor patio, small gym, and fire pit + barbecue area. The duration of the lease is 1 year.
You will be joining 3 other housemates (2 male, 1 female, mid 20's, clean, respectful) who all work in tech. We currently pay $50/mo. for high-speed internet (split evenly) and split our electricity bill (usually the same amount or lower). Garbage and water are included in the rent amount.
