Subletting my masters bedroom from June 27 to August 14.
Perfect for people who are moving to SF, but haven't found a permanent place yet. :)
This is right on Polk Street, 1-2 minute walk to bars, gyms, groceries, coffee shops and salons. But far enough to have a peaceful sleep.
- Bus stations 2 blocks away
- lots of bars, salons, gyms
- Washer/Dryer in unit
- Pets okay
- I have a lot of books you're free to read
- near Embarcadero, FiDi, downtown (10 min drive?)
The room's big I could literally fit 2 queen sized beds with tables, no problem. It also has 3 windows so if you like waking up to natural light, then this should be awesome for you.
I have 2 wonderful x easygoing roommates that have to like you tho; that's my only requirement. :)
$500/week OR if you do per month, since I pay $2000 but willing to sublet for $1800 (200 dollars less). This is pretty cheap for a big bedroom in the heart of Russian Hill! Haha but negotiable
