San Francisco studio / junior one-bedroom, May 18 to September 18

I am subletting my fully furnished studio / junior one-bedroom apartment in a prime San Francisco Location (Lower Haight, on Fillmore and Page), with a beautiful view of the Twin Peaks and the Buena Vista Park. The apartment is available from May 18 until September 18; dates are flexible.

The rent is $2200 a month. Utilities are included as well as wireless internet access.

The apartment is ideal for one or two persons. It has one queen size bed, one single bed, and one sofa. The kitchen and the dining room are on one side of the apartment, separated from the living room and the small bedroom by a long and spacious hall. The laundry is in the building as well as bike racks.

This is a corner apartment on the second floor, very quiet, with lots of light. It is situated on a quiet street, but the next block (Haight street) features various restaurants, cafes, stores, and so on. The bus stop is outside the building; the Muni stop is a five-minute walk. Alamo Square Park, with the Painted Ladies, on one side, and Duboce Park, on the other, are a couple of blocks away.
