Seeking 1-bedroom apt near Stanford Law, starting July 24

Hi everyone! I'm the incoming Teaching Fellow at Stanford Law School (IELBP LLM program) for the 2026–27 academic year, arriving from Italy with my partner on July 24.
We're looking for a furnished studio or 1-bedroom (a sublet is perfect!) from around July 24 for about a month — ideally with the option to extend into September, since we're on the Stanford housing waitlist and don't yet know when a unit will open up.
About us: two quiet, tidy, non-smoking researchers with no pets. Budget up to ~$4,000/month depending on the place. Happy to share my Stanford offer letter and references, and to do a video call.
