Seeking 2 roommates to complete awesome 5 BR in Woodside!

Hi!

We are three Stanford alumni ladies looking for two roommates to complete our 5-bedroom house and make it feel like a home. We all work, occasionally from home. We like to have a good time, watch the Bachelorette together, have some friends over for wine or dinner, play board games, go out, play with our dog. We all eat on separate schedules and have different food preferences (one of us is a vegetarian).

The house is located in an adorable and super safe neighborhood on the border of Woodside/Redwood City. There are 5 bedrooms, all super spacious. Two are downstairs and three are upstairs. The downstairs is all hardwood floor. Both downstairs rooms also have access/sliding glass doors to the backyard. There are 1.5 bathrooms on the first floor and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. The second floor has the master bedroom, two other bedrooms, and a hall closet. The second floor is carpeted. The entire house is spacious--there is a big living room with a fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an island. There is a ton of light throughout the house! There is a small backyard and a huge studio/bonus room in back, could be perfect for a gym, game room, extra storage, etc.

Other things: gardening is an additional $100/month ($20/ month each) and the gardener takes care of both gardening and general maintenance on the house.

The three upstairs rooms are already taken, but we are looking for two roommates to fill the bottom rooms. These two first floor rooms share a bathroom, so perfect for two friends looking for a place! Here are prices of all the rooms:
-Two bottom rooms w/ hardwood floors and direct backyard access : $955 (open) and $920 (open)
-Two top rooms, carpeted: $930 (taken) and $900 (taken)
-Master Bedroom, carpeted: $1195 (taken)

The lease would be for 12 months. I believe the security deposit is 1 months rent. Our move in date is June 15 and we will be signing the lease next week.

It's a very commutable place. Is right off of wood side road giving us immediate access to 280 of 101. We are also only 2.5 miles from the Atherton Caltrain station and 3 miles from redwood city. We are in walking distance of a Lucky Super Market!

Pets: We will have one super friendly French bulldog. Any other pets would have to be a discussion with the property manager.
