Hi Stanford Community!

My housemate and I signed a lease on a new apartment and we’re looking for a third!

• Rent is $2175/month + utilities, internet & cleaners

• Minimum 12 month lease is required

• Move-in date: Mid August

• Water and garbage are included in rent. Electricity and internet is extra. We will also get cleaners once or twice a month.

AVAILABLE ROOM
Roughly 150 sqft, including a closet. Big glass door with access to balcony/porch area. Shared bathroom on upper floor with one other tenant

LOCATION
Potrero Hill. Unbelievable views of San Francisco and easy access to 18th street restaurants, the Mission and Dogpatch. Easy commute to downtown, and access to 101/280 and Caltrain.

• Less than a mile away from Farleys (best coffee shop in the city!), Chez Maman, Plow, etc.

• .5 miles from Whole Foods

• .5 miles away from 9 and 10 bus stop

• Easy access to HWY 101 and 280

• Walk score: 87, transit score: 74, bike score: 73 (maybe exclude these not stellar numbers)

THE HOME

• Huge patio overlooking SF

• Large open living room with lots of natural light

• Kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and a large island!

• 2.5 Baths: 2 full bathrooms and one half bath

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Garage with plenty of storage (but no parking, sorry)

Ian is originally from New York. He just finished a PhD in cognitive neuroscience and took on a job as a machine learning engineer in SF. He plays tennis and he’s a passionate figure drawer.

Fabian is originally from Germany. He’s running a biotech company. He’s into salsa, yoga, burning man and various spiritual pursuits.

LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is laid back and responsible. We’re looking for chill, feel-good vibes in our little community :-) Would be lovely if we happened to end up really liking each other, enjoy the occasional inspired conversation and find ourselves laughing together in the kitchen. Basically would be great if we would magically end up being friends. Since we’re also living together, we're looking for someone who is responsible, financially stable, clean and communicative. You can be as messy as you want in your room, but we do keep common areas clean for everyone.

Also someone who wants to make their residence a home. We have a wonderful apartment and are looking forward to making it a place of relaxation, community and enjoyment. We have have two adorable cats. If you have any pets, please let us know. Also, no couples. And no smoking in the house.
