Seeking a cool new roommate; private bedroom available in large share

Friends & I are sharing a sunny, gorgeous mansion that just so happens to be the home of young Mark, Sean, Dustin when the Face crew moved to CA. We love living here and try to make the experience more than just a place to live - as we have wine nights, parties and go out together. If that sounds like fun to you, please read on! :)

The room is a corner bedroom with good sunlight and mirrored closet. House has all the necessities, and ample shared living space - most importantly, beautiful kitchen, large living room, and spacious backyard with gazebo and firepit. We also have laundry room. Utilities are divided evenly. Please be a respectful, cool person who doesn't mind sharing space, but in return, you get to meet some exciting and different people from around the world. Most of the people who live here are engineers and technologists, so we have lots to learn from one another.
