Seeking female roommate for 3bed/3bath in Palo Alto - Evergreen Park

Ann and I are two new college grads looking for a third female roommate for a 3bed/3bath apartment in Palo Alto. The building is located at Page Mill Rd. and Birch St. Our lease is newly signed for the 2019-2020 year and is available for move in 08/09/2019.

The room for rent has a private non-attached bathroom, small balcony, and sizeable closet, at $1400/month. We are on the third floor, in a quiet neighborhood a couple minutes walk from California Ave. near Stanford.
