--Located ~5 minutes away from the Menlo Park Caltrain stop, Trader Joe's, and Safeway, as well as convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants one street over.
--$1400/mo + ~$40 utilities (water and trash are covered by landlord)
--Parking spot in car port included.
--Apartment common space is fully furnished.
--Move in date can be as soon as July 5th; available for summer with the potential of year long term.
